Joey's Fish Papillon

What was Used
3 White Fish
1 Red Onion
5 Pieces of Garlic
6 Cherry Tomatoes
3 Slices of Lemon
White Wine
Aluminium Foil

How it was Seasoned
White Pepper
Spicy Sea Salt
Cyennepeper/Cyan Pepper

How it was Made
Take a sufficient amount of aluminium foil, place the fish in the centre of it.
Put a slice of lemon on top of the fish (centre).
Then place (as much as you want) the chopped garlic and red onion on top of each fish.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and place the four half's on each fish.
Season it with the ingredients above.

Now wrap the fish in the aluminium, giving it a bowl-like shape.
Then pour 1 cup of wine in each Papillon.
Close the top of the aluminium bowl-like shape, but allow sufficient room so that the fish can generate enough steam in the oven within this dome-like foil.

Put it on a baking tray.
Leave in oven for half an hour 200 degrees.

This dish can be served with vegetables, we had it with spinach.

Enjoy!
