Indonesia

We thought we would share some images of a place that is very dear to us, the place where we (on and off) grew up, the place where we met, and a place we like to call our "second home", Bali Indonesia.

The Scent of Spring

Yves Rocher Products

I came across Yves Rocher Noid De Coco: Coconut in Malaysia and I have to say, it is one of my favourite daytime spring & summer perfumes. Maybe it's because I'm addicted to coconuts and vanilla, but either way, this little bottle for only 3 euro's a pop is a god send.

When I shop at Yves Rocher I find that there are so many different kinds of amazing quality products that it's not even worth investing too much money in one large bottle of anything. It really pays off to go for the smaller packages, you save cash and you get to explore the fruity infused line of make up, perfume & shower gels!

Pear Royal: Coconut Water

A few days ago we went to the Thai market at the square in Brugge. We came across this beautifully packaged drink and decided to give it ago.

We had given up on drinking coconuts in Europe, however, this little cleverly designed box contained Pearl Royal: Coconut Water which is amazing! A burst of pure coconut flavour with a tint of vanilla.

We're going to hunt down some more.

Coconut water is very refreshing to drink during spring/summer, moreover, it is action packed with electrolytes, minerals (to replenish hydration levels in the body) and it contains simple sugar.

Recent claims have shown that coconut water can be a blood plasma substitute!

Spring: Better Late Than Never

Marathons

Joey has made it his goal to run the marathon in Brugge every year. I participated this year!

If You're Gonna...

This is a delicious alternative to your common sugary muffin, it has...

NATURAL BANANAS
COCO CHOCOLATE CHIPS
VANILA EXTRACT

MUFFIN MIX

NOM NOM NOM!

Sudoku, Pink Guava juice, Wasabi Peas & Nuts. Train back to Brugge.

We have been missing Asian flavours! And I must say, it is really hard to find healthy snacks in Belgium... After all, they are known for their fries, waffles, chocolate, and of course beer! But I find healthier snack choices in Asian super markets. Wasabi peas & nuts are not for everyone, but the Pink Guava juice is divine!

Finally "Spring" has arrived, and this snack is pretty fitting!
